1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of all services provided by hbaij through the website hbaij.net and any associated mobile applications or progressive web apps ("the Platform"). By accessing the Platform in any capacity — whether as a registered user, a guest visitor, or otherwise — you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you consent to be legally bound by them.

hbaij reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.

These Terms should be read alongside the hbaij Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and hbaij.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The hbaij Platform is intended solely for adults. To register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting activity on hbaij.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and automated bots are not permitted to hold accounts.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction placed by hbaij or any affiliated platform.
• You must be legally permitted to access online gambling services under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing hbaij is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of hbaij or any of its game providers or technology partners.

hbaij employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to confirm the age and identity of all registered users. You may be required at any time to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of hbaij services, you must register a personal account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information at any stage of registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one active account on the hbaij Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, hbaij reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold balances pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. hbaij will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify hbaij support immediately if you suspect that your account has been compromised.

3.4 KYC Verification

hbaij operates a tiered KYC verification process. Standard verification requires a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driver's licence) and confirmation of your registered mobile number. Enhanced verification for higher-value transactions may additionally require proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days) and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet showing your registered mobile number).

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hbaij currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount via mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are applied per account tier and are communicated to players within the cashier section of the Platform. hbaij reserves the right to adjust limits at its discretion with reasonable notice.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your hbaij account within seconds of a successful transaction. Withdrawals to verified bKash and Nagad accounts are processed within an average of 15 minutes for accounts that have completed full KYC verification. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

4.4 Player Funds

hbaij maintains player funds in accounts that are kept separate from company operational funds. This segregation is intended to protect player balances in the event of business interruption. However, hbaij does not guarantee the return of player funds in all circumstances and recommends that players withdraw balances they do not intend to wager in the near term.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

hbaij is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to request additional documentation for any transaction that appears unusual in size, frequency, or pattern. Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the player's own name. hbaij will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

hbaij offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. These terms are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read carefully before claiming any offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms, all bonus credits must be wagered a minimum of 30 times the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagers placed on certain game categories (including live dealer games and specific slots) may not count or may count at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

hbaij employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts, exploiting software errors or glitches to inflate bonus balances, placing low-risk or zero-risk wagers designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, and coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided and may be permanently suspended.

5.4 Promotional Eligibility

hbaij reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotional offers are subject to geographic, device, and payment method restrictions. Players who have previously breached these Terms may be excluded from promotional programmes without notice.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of the hbaij Platform, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and to abide by the following obligations at all times:

• You will provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information at all times and update your account details promptly if they change.
• You will not attempt to access the accounts of other players or any administrative area of the Platform without authorisation.
• You will not use any software, script, bot, spider, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in any way not expressly permitted by hbaij.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any software used in the Platform.
• You will not engage in collusion, chip-dumping, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating or fraudulent activity.
• You will not exploit any bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform software. Any such issues must be reported to hbaij support immediately.
• You will not use the Platform in connection with any criminal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• You will not make defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threatening communications to hbaij staff, other players, or any third party through the Platform.
• You will not attempt to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion order, or account limit imposed by hbaij or by your own prior instruction.

hbaij reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance freezing, and reporting to relevant authorities — in response to any suspected breach of these obligations.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your hbaij account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of standard withdrawal processing procedures, provided there are no outstanding verification requirements or pending investigations.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by hbaij

hbaij reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Suspected or confirmed use of prohibited software or cheating methods.
• Identification of duplicate or multi-accounting behaviour.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations requiring account restriction.
• Identification that the account holder is under 18 years of age.

7.3 Balance Treatment on Closure

Where an account is closed by hbaij due to a breach of these Terms, hbaij reserves the right to void any bonus balances, void any bets placed in breach of these Terms, and withhold any winnings derived from activity that constitutes a breach. Genuine deposited funds that are unrelated to the breach will be returned to the player following investigation, subject to applicable legal and compliance requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

hbaij endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond hbaij's reasonable control. hbaij will not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime or unavailability.

8.2 Accuracy of Information

Whilst hbaij takes all reasonable steps to ensure that odds, scores, results, and other information displayed on the Platform are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a manifest error — including clearly incorrect odds, game outcomes caused by technical malfunction, or erroneous crediting of winnings — hbaij reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances accordingly.

8.3 General Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hbaij's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. hbaij shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform, even if hbaij has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through hbaij's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights.
